Return & Exchange Policy :

  • We offer exchanges to all our customers who have purchased from us. Returns and exchanges are released after successful Pickup from your end.
  • We Refund the amount on Your Bank account you provide In your Accounts Page
  • If you are exchanging a product with another product of a higher value, then please email for coupon code of same amount which you paid earlier to [email protected] (you shall receive within 24hrs in timespan of 9am-9pm 365days)

  2. In Orders Click on “Return” / “Exchange”.
  3. Select Product to Return/ Exchange.
  4. Mention Reason of Return/ Exchange

Is my purchase eligible for exchange, and how do I exchange my purchase?

If there are any issues with your product, you can raise a replacement or exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product.

Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:

Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, un-detached “Do Not Remove” tag, product’s original packaging, freebies, and accessories)

The product should be in unused, undamaged, and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears, or holes and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/ warranty seals (wherever applicable)

When will I receive the exchanged item?

Once the item dispatched from your end, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time i.e. 2-5 working days for domestic shipments.

Terms and conditions

• Replacements will be offered based on the availability of the product. If we don’t have the replacement product, we’ll be happy to offer you refund.

• Proportionate shipping will be refunded only if it meets our conditions for a free return i.e. a quality or wrongly delivered product.

•  Guest order is not eligible for return.

• For refund, shipping fee is deducted. Free shipping is Void for return and refund.

• We hold all the right to decline the return if reason we find is not acceptable. 

• We offer replacements, or size exchanges in case of clothing, for the same product or style you have purchased, or for any other clothing product of the same or lesser value. Return, refund or exchange is not acceptable for custom orders, as we custom stich your dress as per your vitals and requests, so the dress is of no value to us as we never alter and give dresses to out new customers.

• International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
